we did one in the summer for a 10 year old, with two dance mats that you plug in a play station and you can see you dancing on the telly. years ago for another 10 year old girl we did make overs and they loved it, Not sure about boys, whenever they come they trash the place! Selena |

Not sure it's any help, but my Godson was 10 last week, and his Mum bought a load of cheap white plates and things from IKEA, and they painted them at his party. Kept them quiet and busy for well over an hour, and the boys and girls liked it equally. Sharon xx |

Hi Catherine, Would think they'll probably be quite happy with the bonfire and karaoke! My eldest just gone 10 and prefered a piniatta to pass parcel. You can buy them in different shapes at Sainsbury's/wollies etc for about £10 and then fill them up with sweets/toys etc. Bit expensive so we made our own with good old papermacheand a balloon! They loved bashing it with stick til everything fell out! (Was a messy job to make but she enjoyed it) Choc game - big bar of choc on plate, knife, fork, hat, scarf & gloves. Take in turns to roll dice, if roll a 6 put on hat etc and try to eat choc only using knife and fork. As soon as someone else gets a 6 sawp etc til all gone - we play this at halloween parties and goes down a treat! Other halloweeny type games like apple bobbing if outside? Hope this helps. Dawn |
