I have hurt my lower back (about 2 months ago) and now i've trapped a nerve between my sholder blades and can't move my neck. Any full proof ways to fix the neck problem - The cold I can cope with and the lower back is managable. Ta

See a chiropractor? They really are very good. Can't give advice on the Manflu though, my OH has just had that, still coughing and spluttering, moaning and whinging lol

Hi ya Vikki, nice to see you back. Try some ibuprofen cream. I found a useful site a while back about shoulder/neck and back pain I will see if I can find it for you. Hope you feel better soon.

Your body is the physical tangeable indicator to let you know when you've been either neglecting yourself or overdoing things. You need to rest and pay attention to what the pain is telling you. Hope you're feeling better soon. Water works wonders for all ills, as many of us don't realise how badly de-hydrated we are. ( your body is easier to injure if you're dehydrated.) Love & healing to you. XX Sioux

I had a trapped nerve in the neck. The GP referred me for physiotherapy which didn't work. I had treatment from a chiropractor, then acupuncture. Different therapy works for different people. Wishing you well.
