Someone came to the door, and said to me 'Hello mate, is your mum or dad in' OK, so I instantly disliked him. Speaking to me as if I was 10! I asked him, 'yes, can I ask who you are?', and he just said 'I'd like to speak to them about something' I then asked 'What is it about' and he said 'Their telephone' I said to him 'If you're trying to sell something, we're not interested' He then said 'They might already have it, can I just speak to them please' I then asked 'Are you trying to sell something?' He said 'Oh, thats a big dog' I asked again 'Are you trying to sell something' But he then just ignored me. I then said to him 'If you're trying to sell something, we're not interested' He then said 'How do you know they aren't interested, if you won't let me talk to them?' I replied 'I'm tell you they aren't interested, that should be good enough' He then started getting shirty and so i replied '&^^% Mate, we're not interested in whatever you're selling, so please go away' He replied 'You haven't given me a chance' And he walked away. I then said '^&^% you %$$£ We're not interested, and no one down this road will be, so go get yourself a REAL job' hehe, i felt so much better! |

I had some one round the other day collecting for the local old peoples home i gave him my mother in law .....:) |

I had a telesales person ring me last night. After his intro, I asked him if he would give me his home telephone number. He was somewhat taken aback and after a pause said, I am not allowed to do that. I then replied, what a shame. i wanted to ring you and pester you the same way you are pestering me. GOODBYE I then hung up. |

got 1 at the door at the moment I left my OH to see to them, he loves to wind them up that he is going to buy something then send them crashing. It is quite funny to watch. Jackie |
