woke at 3am feeling strange spent two hours up with the start of cyctitis (spel). Found one sachet of stuff so had that and have been and got cranberry juice and more stuff to take (which makes me gag hate the stuff) Feel like ****. Off to take another lot now and have a warm milky cup of tea whcih is the only thing that seems to help

Miserable isn't it? Long time since I had it but I remember and do sympathise. Are you drinking plenty of water. I think i used to drink barley water (can you still get it?), anything not acidic. Ann Glos

Dawn, I do sympathise - it's a really uncomfortable thing to have. Plain water, with no additives, as these aggravate it. Mist pot cit from the chemist might help. Jay
