Hi Pussycat, just one word of advise !!! please do not let the council push you around, people think that because they are a big organisation, they are always right and know what they are talking about.....THEY DON'T, take it from someone who has had experience with them this year, I went to a solicitor and the council back down, because they knew they were in the wrong, but it didn't stop them from trying it on....good luck with what ever you decided to do.....Lilly,...... who see's red every time that word, Council is mentioned!!!!!..lol

thanks lilly, the cheeky housing officer said well mayby its for the best, private renting is not always the best well at least i would get some sleep lol.
