I just love it! We normally have Friends and Family around, play games in the garden and have jacket potatoes and toffee apples......(although not together). This year we're dressing up as well......I don't need to thought as I will just stay in my everyday Witch's clothes.....LOL...... Angie.

I dont people having something for kids, but like you David I hate the knocking on door thing as well. Prefer bonfire night myself.

I love it. me and all the kids off the street dress up and only go to peeps we know, doing trick or treat, our street is great, they all know the kids and the kids know the neighbours. They always usually get sweet. I do a little party for everyone. Lanterns the lot, last year I even got a pair of latex gloves, fills em with water, in freezer bish bosh, latex off then they were spooky hands in the yucky punch. they loved it. catherine xx
