Oh Jean, I could send you a sachet of hot choc drink, take your pick - I just got some tonight, in Morry's sons supermarket, choc with mint, choc with hazlenut, choc with dark choc, choc with banana, choc with vanilla, choc with orange, choc with toffee, which one do you fancy? lol If you have any bananas, try nibbling one of those as they help you sleep.
