Yes, thats what the problem is. I just tried to get one of the trees I have access to with over 5000 names. It took two minutes to get loaded and then didn't finish properly. Almost crashed the computer! Anne |

If I select 'full tree' I get the green circle but only for about 2 seconds before it loads. There's about 350 in my tree. Some people with 1000s in theirs seem to be having a time problem - don't know if that applies to you Catherine? Anne |

I keep selecting change view and getting a tree viewer progress, with a green circle going round, and nothing comes up. I have an eMac a real powerful mac, has everything on it, broadband the lot does everything except makes you a brew. Yet GR I can't see me tree. catherine xx |

I thought I was just getting a blank screen too - for several days! Until I realised you have to select from 'change view' at the top. How mad is that? How many people are thinking they have just a blank screen? Dohhh! Anne |

Has anyone else noticed the following inconsistency or am I the only one? When I log onto genes, it tells me 'You have 1305 individuals and 244 surnames in your tree.' When I 'go to my tree' it tells me that I have 1266 relations. How can I lose 39 relations? Alan |
