How ethical is your Bank??? I am proud to bank with the Co - op - they have a fair trade policy, do not invest in arms and do not use foreign call centres - that is not a racist comment but I like to be understood when talking of financial matters and also like to believe that the person dealing with my call is not earning a pittance.

Thats a thought Kris, I dont know about Barclays policy apart from making big money on going over overdraft! Call centres you cant understand annoy me too, One rang us even though we are ex directory and asked for graeme, I said he was in Iraq with the british army, They said ok theyd call back tommorow! caz xxx
