Hi All Well i think I'm going to be the boring one in here today looking at all the other threads posted, but I really could do with some help. Does anyone have any links to sites that I can visit on the net to look at census' that include England and Ireland, maybe also America, Canada and Australia, preferrably that are cheap or even free. I already have access to familysearch*org for 1881, but I really could do with 1841, 51, 61, etc etc. I'm going nuts trying to find sites that will help me with my research, just by typing in on the search bar which gives loads but takes hours to sort through. Thanks to all in advance. Irene

Don't know of anything to cover all that free. Only thing that comes to mind that is likely to do all you want is ancestry(.)co(.)uk and it isn't free

Hi, Most sites that have censuses are pay to view or subscription only. I don't think any Irish censuses are online even on subscription. Gwynne

Thanks to all the replies, I realise most sites are pay to view, and Im not too bothered about that, just need the link addys, I feel awful having to keep asking people if they would be kind enough to do look-ups for me as I am often very short of time, sometimes I only have a couple of hours to spare to research. A couple of years ago someone gave me quite a few good sites, but my pc went and died on me and I lost most of my stuff, so have been concentrating mainly on the younger generations, now I'd like to get back to researching the older branches. The links would be a great help. I appreciate all your help Irene
