Nearly all of the advertising that comes through lately on this site is geared to Canada. I have just seen an ad for a dating service that reads 'Looking for singles in ----------? (my city). I don't mind the banking ads, but I find the dating one a bit seedy. I'm just wondering if the Australians/Amertcans/Portugese etc. have ads pertaining to their country? Deb |

I have an ad offering wine in Dollars not Pounds so I'm thinking it's an American site, not clicking on it to find out though. Fiona. Update: Just got an ad for Home Depot, I don't think they made it to the UK yet. |

Well, I can see what is on ITV tonight! And also book a flight from Birmingham to London for 27 pounds!!!! Just have to get to Birmingham from Sydney first! pmsl! |

If that's the best Genes can do, I begin to wonder. A girl holding a golf club wearing a bustier and mini skirt, looking over her shoulder with the word 'swing' written across her thighs. Then underneath 'Find Girls in ...........(my city) then pull down tabs for the age and hair colour preference. Deb |

Deb My ads are American apart from the ITV ones. Fiona - If you ask me home depot is the same as B&Q even the commercial sounds the same. Debs x |

Fiona Not sure if they are the same but the uniform appears to be the same and as I say even the commercial - I always want to sing B & Q it, but out here i think its home depot it or something. Walmart did buy out Asda, I remember the first or one of the first was at Havant in Hants, it used to be a huge hypermarket and then became Walmart, though our Walmart only does a very limited amount of food and no fresh food. Debs, Our closest Wal Mart hasn't got much food either but when I go up to my mother-in-laws they have a super store, loads more food and fresh veg, got a bakery and fresh meat section as well. Love going to that one! Hows the weather where you are? We had lots of snow today!! Bitterly cold, it didn't stick though thankfully. Much too early for snow if you ask me. Fiona. x |
