Excellent!! ..... I'll look for one with you! I belong to the SFHS, and have belonged to the ones for Devon, Cornwall, and Kent, too (not all at the same time).

The Kent Family History Soc.Medway branch meets twice a month at the Strood library. they meet the last thursday of the month in the afternoon and the last Saturday morning for those that go to work and cant make afternoon meet. Very well attended with very interesting talks by guest experts form various soc we,ve had, amonst others,a member of the Hugeonot soc who gave a very informative talk. Shirley

.....to my local library to take some books back and it was Family History morning. Didn't even know they did one! It was supposed to be a flying visit, but I ended up chatting with they guy from East Yorkshire Family History Society for over an hour! And very helpful he was too. Apparently they do this every month. Jeanette x
