Thanks everyone for your good wishes,,,but i didnt get the job, I feel such a stupid fool. The story is that its a job share,, the girl who already does one half wants to do the other half,so she will be full time, and they indicated that they would accept this,,,but as politics and protocol dictate,,,it must be offered up, Its a forgone conclusion that she would get,,I just hoped that i might have a chance,,Now I feel that Iv humiliated myself for nothing, Im too old for all this job stuff,,, |

Claire, who would want to work for a company who are dishonest about things anyway, I know all this protocol is the thing these days, but it stinks, and I am sure you will find something better where you are properly valued. Good luck. Liz |

So sorry to hear that Claire. It is very frustrating when that happens. I have been to many interviews like that and it wastes everyones time. Still, keep trying thats all you can do. |

well I think that stinks LOL Think a job share thing is wrong anyway. Either you have your own job or none at all. The company should either make it 2 part time jobs for 2 people or a full time job for 1 person. I dont think you made yourself look a fool it is they that are the fools |
