for what ever reason - tossed and turned - have raging headache today - weather hasn't helped - think i need my bed now !!!!! I wish !!!!!

Is it because you have give up smoking tracy..? I have had 2 bad sleeps as my hands are really bad..

Do you know - it could be - i gave up smoking on sept 11 06 - promise i've not even had a drag of one - i'm having flushes like there is no tomorrow - my godmother says i've been really irritable in my attitude - i've been feeling really depressed since i was ill (which coincides with me giving up smoking) I gave up cos i was ill and couldn't breathe - who knows - but i really don't want to have a ciggie just to appease my temperament and have a good sleep - What's up with your hands chick?

restless sleep after giving up smoking is a very common side effect.....I was told (when I gave up 4 years ago) that the wakeful nights were caused by the lack of nicotine and the rise in oxygen getting to the brain......keep it up,well done.

Ouch .......... I can feel that pain in your pandies chick ........... I won't be giving in - I can't for my healths sake - I can't stand the smell of it in the house ( O H smokes - although in one room) on my clothes (after social evening) and so the list goes on - I won't even let him smoke in MY car now - he has taken umdrum to that (he no like) tough banana's . hee hee !!!!!!!

Too right he should of given up with you.........what have you been doing with the money you saved...
