OMG Julie Ann you too!, I thought I was the only one to suffer the infernal noise! My daughters have one , dangling from some super structure in the loft and through the ceiling - right in the middle of their bedroom. They both do kick boxing and reckon it's a necessary. I hate it LOL Tina x |

he hasnt used it for a while, but just came down laughing when i asked if hes ok, he said yeh i was just bored, i think hes getting rid of his stress its one with sand in the base they dont half rattle/rumble on the floor |
