BBC4 - 10.00 until 11.25. Have told Mr Medlock he must watch the Sopranos on Thursday so I have a clear run on Sunday. Can't get Daughter interested - Rafe Spall does not have the same appeal as Toby Stephens in a frockcoat apparently. I was going to read the book but couldn't buy a copy in Coventry yesterday - suspect everything has gone to pot since Ottakars was taken over by Waterstones. Knew someone would mention eels - just didn't guess it would be you Harold! Sheila

I always thought it was a place of 'Pilgrimidge' for Londoners, ( aka Jellied eels) Never thought they,d wrote a book about it. Hal.::o))>

Can't say as didn't see it, but I have the book - which i must add didn't enjoy as much as Jane Eyre.

Missed this last night as Mr Medlock was enjoying his weekly dose of Nazis. Is it worth staying up for the repeat on Sunday do you think? Sheila
