I'm in Oz and have located heaps of rels. through this site....we all hail from Ramsgate area. I've been trying to enthuse a fam. reunion in Ramsgate.........rels in USA, Canada and Aus. are very keen............however, the difficulty is in finding someone in UK to take on responsibility of organising venue etc. Can anyone let me know of what would be the major problems for this in the Ramsgate area...........we'd be looking at June/July of next year?????? My rels. (in UK) all just say 'it's a great idea, they would love to help but not take it on! I'm looking for clues! Helen |

well I used to work at the San CLu Hotel in Ramsgate so I know there are lots of places to organise it. THere is also quite a good rail link so there shouldnt be any travel problems. If you google I am sure you would find other hotels as well. And there are plenty of guest houses or Bed and Breakfast places in Ramsgate for people to stop over. |
