I am debating whether to take some painkillers on top of sleeping pill. Any ideas folk? Nothing heavy duty...

I could sing a lullaby or maybe the painkiller is a good idea but not sure on top o sleeping tablets what about a hot water bottle on knee?

Hope you can get off soon, I don't usually have a problem these days, but if I do, I try to think of something to plan, like rearranging furniture or such, or thinking what I would pack to go away, and before I know it I am asleep (well, o.h. says I am snoring so I must be asleep!) have found a few of them night lighters, that should do the trick. Thanks ever so Dr Kaz, I knew if I struggled up here to my laptop I would get comfort and advice from somebody knowledgeable:-)

Lol Mo If all else fails drink lots of liquid that contain a certain amount of alcohol until pain fades and you think you can dance the tango with erm er (trying to think of oldies) Ken Barlow! Then am sure is time for sleep! Hope have been of some help Dr Kaz PS Will send name of herby remedy tomorrow cos I can't find it now lol
