We have a Bush Freeview box with hard disc DVD recorder. When OH put his hand on it in passing he felt it red hot. Is it normal for this and the sky box and the cinema sound box to all get so hot? Not noticed it before as it is not the sort of thing you go round touching. Ann Glos |

Its normal for it too be warm but not hot. Is there plenty of space around it for air to circulate? Is there dust in the vent? |

It could be because it is in a video cabinet, stacked with the other boxes. we will take it out tomorrow and get it somewhere where air circulates. Thaks you have reinforced what we were thinking. Ann Glos |

Probably best if you unplug it for a while, let it cool down. Best to be safe x |
