I have spend the last few hours looking at cute photo's of Bulldog puppies. They are sooooooo!! expensive, somewhere between 1500 and 2000 pounds for a female. That does not include shipping. I don't want a show dog, breeder or a pedigree as long as my arm. Just a gentle, loving companion. When OH turned fifty ten years ago I asked him what would he like for a birthday present, and he said a British Bulldog. Sadly, our bully died last summer of a massive heart attack. OH has his 60th birthday coming up in January so I thought of getting another bully to surprise him.... So much for that thought! Lindy ;-)

Carol, You still have to pay for the pedigree, even if they are not show dogs they are still expensive. Females more so then males. Harold, Thank you, I shall contact them. Lindy ;-))

Could be worth trying the rescue charities as they may have one that needs rehoming.

Lindy, Re Pedigrees, They,re not so expensive if they have been 'Spayed or Neutered' as you cannot breed from them. Hal.
