What a load of old crap. if you have proper extraction then there would not be all this fuss (yes i am a smoker) but also considerate to people who arnt. While all these do gooders are happy with the ban. The need to think of how much tax is paid on a pack and when we all give up as requested where are they going to make up the lost revenue on the tax???? B

but you are treated like a lepper for doing something that is your choice to do as a adult. And yet we still bow down to all this human right shit because some one feels they have been unfarly treated in a prison. Do the crime do the time i say. B

after enjoyng the benefits this year of the smoking ban in Scotland I was very disappointed on Saturday when we went to a childrens play centre of my grandson 5th birthday party. Not allowed to smoke in the play area but only in the cafe area. The whole place is meant for kids and when me and my son sat down for a coffee the smoke from the next table was blowing directly into our faces. Needless to say we soon got up and went else where with our drinks. Surely if its a place for kids there health should come first. Not anti smoking as I used to smoke myself but there is a time and place for it and its ot in a kids play centre.
