Lamb is my favourite with mint sauce and roast potatoes, crisp outside and fluffy inside, like all veg except carrots, although don't mind them roasted. My Mum used to do a baked suet pudding with lamb and very occasionally I do that, I think beef is next favourite, then pork, then chicken then turkey. ann Glos |

My favourite is roast beef. Not too keen on veggies, so I usually eat peas and carrots, but I do cook sprouts, cauli, broccoli etc for the family. Sue |

Mine's roast beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshires, sweet corn, peas, cabbage and carrots. I do broad beans and sprouts for Doug (if I'm feeling kind!) LOL Second fave is roast pork with apple sauce, still have Yorkshires though! Favourite pudding in this house is apple crumble and custard or ice cream. Only do that on Sundays when we have a roast though. My all time favourite pudding would have to be my Mum's lemon meringue pie, cold, straight from the fridge! Mine never tastes as good as hers used to. Doug ruins his by putting evaporated milk on it - yuk! Sue xx |
