I won a dancing comp when I was young, in the 70's dressed as a roller. I got a £5 record token.lol. Rellies say it's not glam though. catherine xx

Pity you are not near me. My Grandaughter helped me turn out a wardrobe a few weeks ago. Would not let me chuck out crimpoline evening dresses, said she might want to borrow them!

If you pop into Lyndas wardrobe thread Catherine, you will find LOADS of things to wear. Many eras, sizes and locations. Bound to be lots of tartan and denim. Tina x

Clothes would be a good start Catherine!! lol My mother dressed my up in the old flaural baggy thousers and waist coat when we had a 70's BBQ in school (about 15 years ago) - she called it flower power and it ran late 60's to early 70's Hope you find something soon

thanks guys for the suggestions, pat I will check that out.thanks. Germaine, I have looked on e-bay saw a fab pair of 70's platforms, black with multi-coloured stripes and the front, gutted they were a 4's and me a 7's. catherine xx

Hi Catherine Try the charity shops. We went to a 70's party a couple of years ago and some of the guests had got their costumes from there, they keep stuff for these occasions. Jojo x
