It was indeed funny, and soon as I saw your title ' Agnes ' I immediatly thought of the woman who prompted so much laughter on here, even though I was convinced this thread was going to be about someone else ! Its a shame that some in the end took offence regarding the thread, no one wanted to disrespect Agnes, and no one was nasty on the thread. In fact no one realised the lady was ill and died. I think it was a fitting tribute that Agnes made so many people laugh at the end of her life, god bless her and hope she rests in peace. Elaine x

Aye it was a laugh indeed Elaine! Did I get it wrong then? Did someone ask for the thread to be removed. I was just repeating what I'd read on another thread!

Morning Jeanette I remember when we brought the thread back for the upteenth time, a few people got a bit shirty and said she had passed away and the thread should be removed as it was disrespectful !!. Whether or not it was the family who removed it or abuse got complaints I dont know E x

it was funny and never disrespectful, although I don't think we knew that Agnes was ill at the time or that she had died. It gave us a lot of laughs and seemed to go on for ever. Ann Glos

I remember the Agnes thread too. Didn't realise that she had died. She did give us all a giggle though didn't she. RIP Agnes.
