have been trying now for a hour to update my family tree and it is frozen I also cannot get into any trees that I have access to is any one else having trouble a very impatient val :-(((((

Mine kept doing that last night. I haven't tried tonight, yet. It was very annoying as I was trying to compare my data with another members data. I gave up in the end! Beryl x

my hot tips have just come in and for first time looking promising and I cant check any thing out, I bet by tomorrow I will forget what I wanted to do lol the minds memory int what it used to be val

My tree has decided to play tricks have found 7 new relies but not all showig when I click on my ancestors but are in my relations WIERD

They have solved it now though, haven't they? I had been having problems with the size of notes allowed, for the past 2 months. Some folks on this board were worldly-wise and declared GR wouldn't care and would give me replies telling me to put up with it. that's not what has happened. I've got a proper goopd outcome now, hope you have too.

My Tree aand contacts are frozen, Ican get onto tree long way round but not through family tree route and I have sent error report to Genes, but they say I will get answer in two working days.
