TJ Well done keep it up, you are doing really well. If you can get a bit of walking done in the day that will help keep your weight down. Bet your food tastes better, I was a smoker years ago, couldnt afford it now far to expensive!

Well done TJ, that is a great achievement!! Stick with it and don't worry about the weight too much. Your metabolism has slowed down dramatically since you stopped smoking and it takes a while for it to get going properly again. Try not to eat too much though ( I say and I put on 2 stone lol ) and if you can, try to do a bit of exercise as this will get your metabolism moving again a bit quicker. I have been nicotine free for over two years now and never thought I could manage a day without them. A massive pat on the back for you Wilf :-)

Hey I am doing well - even tho I say so myself but guess what the weight is starting to creep on - and I ain't happy about that. My lungs are cleaning - the nasty cough has stopped etc - but I can't be doing with the extra weight.
