had a hystoscopy once (for something different), but hope all keeps well for you. Might have to end up having something removed myself, got a PET scan on 8th Nov to see whats what in my right lung.

once again thankyou for all your kind wishes and encouragement I have now got a date to go back into hospital on oct 19th for about 2 days....I feel much better today after the first op last friday and I'm trying my hardest to keep cheerfull and not worry...I was scared as I havn't been in hospital for about 40 yrs and I'm now 71 yrs old.....I will let you all know how i get on next time and hopfully it will be good news thanks again Jean xxx

hiya jean, my friend had this done, wasnt a nasty tumour, and she had to go for 'an mot ' every so often, ten yrs down the line she is still fine, hope all goes well for you, i am sure it will x

Hello Jean, I haven't had it done, but Mum did. The bladder tumour got removed and wasn't malignant, but she had follow up cystoscopys for a long while, it never regrew1 Hope yours has an equally possitive outcome. Suex
