Hiya, my scanner (Packard Bell Diamond) seems sooo sloooow! Can anyone please tell me how long it takes them from pressing the 'go' button to seeing the image on their screen, ready to store or e-mail. Also can you tell me what make your scanner is. I just can't believe that everyone's can be as slow as mine! Thanks! Maz. XX

I have the same Diamond Plus 1200, when I import images into Adobe it works fast, but if I do it through the software that comes with the scanner it does take a lot longer. But only about 2 minutes from plugging in to have the images saved in a file. Still quicker than running to a shop to get a photocopy. Regards - Louise
