My computer went down,tried getting baclk online. ZILCH NOTHING So I rang AOL help desk to ask them what was wrong with my connection. Seemingly AOL had cancelled my broadband because I have not paid the bill. I asked the guy why have they not taken my payment out of my bank account.Silly Devil (being polite) said sorry it comes to us through direct debit,yeah.Bill was paid on time. So what has happened to my broadband.He told me they have cut the wrong phone number off.there was only 1 digit difference,so they cut me off instead of the guilty party. DOH. Sorry but can't install it for 10 days so I have asked for a refund. I have to speak to a manager tomorrow to get the refund and an apology. Sue |

the same happened to me,a couple of months ago sue,except ime on dial-up,so i had no connection at all...but they put it back on in twenty minutes,so i was lucky... bryan. |

I have no idea why they just can't put me back on Broadband. It's not my fault they have idiots working for them. Had withdrawal symptoms,only off 2 hours but really annoyed that they can make such a silly mistake.(I am being polite but If manager starts getting stroppy then he will feel the length of my tongue). |
