BLASTED NTL!!!!!!!!!!

im getting fed up with ntl. 2 weeks ago it went off for 4 hrs.no tv or internet,yet the fone worked. easter sunday evening it went off again for 4hrs!! we tried foning them but they werent available until 8am monday.!! last sunday..yes youve guessed it! it went off again.6pm -9pm. by this time we had really had enough. and guess what? tonight it went again.6pm and it has just come back on. hubby foned them this evening and waited 20 minutes for someone to answer. after he had told them the trouble they admitted that there were major problems in the HP12 area.and they would try and sort it asap. hubby then went on to tell them that it is a regular occurance and they could stick ntl up their a**e. with that they checked our a/c and said that it wasnt their fault it was ours cos our a/c had been suspended!!..yeah rite. if our a/c was suspended how come im on here then?lol and how come hubby is watching ground force. it seems that they are bunch of wasters. moaning over now,feel a lot better susie

weve had simular probs with ntl, hubby went balistic with um when they said our account suspended they appologised wen they realised it was their fault service is rubbish an expensive

julie ann i agree about the service. they only work from 8am-5pm! so if anything goes wrong between them times youve had it. we are now on the hunt for a new internet provider. at the moment we are paying £25.99 for 1.5 megs broadband. susie

Hiya Susie My brother's with NTL and on my birthday, he had to text me instead of ringing, because they'd cut his phone off. I panicked and offered him the money to pay his phone bill, but apparently he'd paid and had no idea why they'd been cut off! Mandy :) xx

mandy we had the same thing last year. i think they ought to start looking at their employees! everyone that ive spoken to doesnt seem to have a brain susie

Humph! They cut our phone off last year because we hadn't paid a bill. In reality, I had informed them of my change of bank account and sent them new direct debit mandates which they had promptly lost. The customer service leaves more than a little to be desired.....can't complain too much though. I can't be bothered with the rigmarole of changing suppliers (and direct debits) all over again! mum if ur account has been suspended then so has mine coz mine went off the same dates and times as urs and were not in hp12 area we in hp13 so there must be major faults here too im gonna get rid as ive had nowt but trouble these T*****S (excuse my language ) limmie xxx

Susie I can well understand your frustrations with Nthell, as i call them. I have had nothing but trouble the past 6 months, email account not working, or not allowing downloads, having to keep rebooting the computer as if the email isn't accessed for 5 minutes it locked out etc etc, incorrect billing, i could go on...!!!! However i have finally had enough after being approached in the street and being offered 2M broadband for the price i was paying for 750 only to be told that as i was an existing customer i didn't qualify for the offer, so i have gone back to Bt at the same price as Nthell and twice as fast, and so far no problems whatsoever..... ..and don't get me started on the lousy customer services!!!!!!!!!!!
