Thanks guys. Can anyone answer my questions? * How long does a session last for? * How on earth do you sign up? Do you just turn up and they approach you, or is there someone you approach??? |

Have you been yet ? I have been WW for more than two years. All members are friendly and the Leaders are also helpful. We are all there for the same reason, to lose weight, whether it is alot like me, or just enough to get into that summer dress from last year. Our class as young and old , men and women. We are one big WW family losing weight. Good look to you. If you need to talk, please e mail me. Pat. |

Good luck Chloe, I joined a year ago and have lost 3 stone, I must admit that I went with a member, but often go on my own, they are all very friendly and helpful. It was very hard to keep going after my husband passed away but it helped to stop me 'comfort' eating. The thought of having to ADMIT that I had 'slipped' kept me on 'the straight and narrow'. It might sound very complicated as you now have a choice of plans...............try each one for a couple of weeks, don't change from day to day. I now find that the 'No points' is best for me, three meals a day, as much as I NEED, but NO processed foods, and no snacks other than fruit..........also I find that drinking plenty of filtered water does help, my filter jug is always being replenished !!!!! Good luck Gill |
