Hi everyone!! If everyone doesn't know yet, the Grand National is back on, on this Saturday and like me I can't wait!! I love watching the Grand National!!! Is everyone going to be watching it this weekend? Last Year, one of my rellies put on a little bet for me and 2 of my horses came 1st and 2nd, the only thing was I didn't get anything for it as I bet for it to go each way instead of to win! LOL LMP :)))))))) |

I have never bet on a horse in my life, but this year in memory of my Gran i will be placing a bet. It's the first year that we lost her and she always loved her GeeGee's so i'll be betting for her - just hope that i can figure out how to do it!!!! c x |

I'm the same as Terence. A once a year better...Usualy put 5 each way bets on (v.small) and even sometimes I win! love it....BC |

i do my best :):):) but i know nothing about horse racing..its just instand decisions on morning of race..i dont even know how to put bets on..someone takes then for me:)))))) |

Exactly! I mean this is the only time i have a little bet a year and might win a few bob! I don't know nothing about Horse-Racing but usually i ask my grandfather about which to bet on and he helps me through it and tells me which one to go for! Good or what! LMP :))))))))) |

Hi - back again, was just doing the movie quiz! I'd love to win something just to make her proud! Hope she'll be looking down on me when i'm filling the form in so she can push me in the right direction (she must have some inside knowledge now she's up there with big G!!!!!) I did the same on the Lotto when it was her birthday, as she'd always give me £4 for some 'Ducky Lips' to see if i could win her a nice pressie - never did work tho!!!! c x |

I don't know anything about racing, but my brother is a fan of the sport and tells me there is a female jockey racing this year with a pretty good chance of winning it!!! I don't know her name, but wouldn't that be brilliant if a woman won it for once? I will have my fingers crossed for her!! |

I hope to repeat past successes with this year's geegees. Red Rum won me lots of money in his time, and I've picked several winners and placings since. Only works for me though, I can't pick 'em for other people. CB >|< |
