Have any of you bought any Jewellery from Gems TV then took it to a local jeweller and had it appraised for more that what you paid for it? Tina

My daughter bought a ring from Gems TV and when she got it, it was 4 sizes too big... when she had it made smaller, she had it valued.... they valued it at half the price she paid for it... said it was cheap stuff and advised her not to buy anymore. Anne :P

Thats what i was wondering about Honey Rum, i have bought a few bits and apart from one ring i have a nagging little doubt about the quality although to the untrained eye it looks ok, but the chanel is like an obsesion to me i have it on most days and want to buy most every thing i see (magpie complex) i manage to restrain myself most times but sometimes the credit card just jumps into my hand, lol . Tina

The best way to check this is to go and have them valued at a reputable dealer... they will usually give you a vauation to the nearest few pounds on the spot if they are in a good mood... try a few jewellers and then you will know. My daughter tried 3 and all gave within £10 valuation. Anne .
