RIP to celebrate his life and death I am not a catholick but have always admired the pope. His life and his humanity. I saw him when he came to Coventry airport many years ago. It was an experience I will never forget. We got off the coach on a stretch of closed down motor way, and the people were just like a river att along the road to the airport,It made you think of the Exodus.

RIP to a truly unique human being. I am not a Catholic but have always liked and admired Pope John Paul II. The world is a better and richer place for having known him. Marianne.

Rest in peace. Pope John Paul did a lot of good in the time he spent at the vatican, may his successor follow in his footsteps although they will be hard to fill Jan

I would like to extend my heart felt appreciation to all who have expressed their sorrow at the death of our Holy Father Pope John Paul II. He was a man of deep faith, determined and couragious. He touched so many people with his love. May he now Rest in Peace! Anne
