Poor Millie has a stuffy nose and sounds like she is snoring all the time, and she sneezes louder than I do! If only you could teach a cat to blow!!

Our poor dog ate something dodgy on his walk and has a very bad upset tummy so he's beching out at both ends!! Louise

Thanks Carol I'm fairly sure its a cold - she doesn't stay outside long enough to suffer from hay fever! She's a real wimp! lol It would be nice if I could do something for her though - every time she sneezes she looks at me as if its my fault! When my other cat, Louisa, has a cold she just curls up and sleeps it off.

Do you think that cats can catch the human cold virus? We find that our cat gets colds after we've had them. Louise

I did ask my vet about passing colds to cats - last time I had a bad cold both of them came down with sneezes at the same time. Vet told me cats can't catch human colds, they were probably just coming out in sympathy! lol

Sarah, hope your cat feels better soon. It is awful watching them when they are unwell. I had to take mine to the vet this morning and it turns out he has cystitis or the feline equivalent. He is looking ever so sorry for himself!! Jill
