MSN HELP PLEASE

Am a complete novice at msn and managed to use it for the first time yesterday to talk to Bec. Since then I haven't been able to get back on and, even worse I can't use the message facility on Pinkspages. I keep getting a message telling me I'm temporarily blocked because of failed signing in attempts, which doesn't make sense because I told it to remember my password! Have followed instructions for resetting password but several hours have passed and I still haven't received the email link it told me it had sent so that I could reset. Not that bothered about being able to chat on msn but really want to get onto the messages on pinkspages so can any kind soul please help me sort this out? Thanks. Daisy

Daisy, whatever you do, DON'T listen to any technical advice from Em! She's a lovely woman and all that but...............

Thanks for the replies guys I knew someone would know what to do. Thanks Penny, that worked. I have no idea why because I tried it earlier and it didn't! I understand nothing about computers and my son, who understands everything, is away for a week! At this rate, by the time he returns, I might actually be pc literate! In my dreams! lol Daisy back on Pinkspages!
