Brian I drive into London everyday unfortunately. I start work at 5pm so just get caught with the charge. The firm won't help with this charge and its crippling my workmates and my pockets. Fortunately I share drive with another lady, but a lot of the evening staff don't. So I suppose you can understand our outrage at this increase. Also we don't have the option to get a train as they don't run late enough in the evening for us to be able to catch one. Luv Jo xxx |

Nell - my husband's company provided some of the software for congestion charging! No, doesn't make any difference to me, as I always go by train, have noticed less traffic though in the busiest areas. |

No idea whether it is justified, apart from the fact that my husband helped to test the software involved, so possibly an increase might give him a pay rise (!!) but we always come into London by train anyway, so it won't affect our journeys. nell |

The Charge is going up frm £5 to £8 in July. Is this justified and will it put you off coming to London? |
