We all say 'if only' but we can only do what we feel is right at that time, life is not perfect and we learn better from the mistakes we make, even if it is a tough lesson we usually come out of it a better person Janet

I never paid attention to anyone's advice Sue. Just like my son, his eyes glaze over when I, very occasionally, give him words of wisdom! Whoever said Tis a pity that youth is wasted on the young, never said a truer word. XX BC

reading buttercups thread about what advice would you give, it made me think of the best advice i was ever given ! it was given to me by my dad. it was not to marry my first husband. i ignored it, but dad was so, so right. i married at 20 and divorced at 22. i had i child and a 'bump' and a very large mortgage. but we get through it , dont we. did listen to him more after that, he treated hubby number two like a long lost son ! again dad was right, lol.
