Anyone got the recipe for Slimming World bread pudding? I used to make it and hubby loved it. I'm sure ryvita or crispbreads were involved. Naomi x

I make a quiche similar to Annes........... except I add very low fat cottage cheese to the egg (free!) and mix together. I then make up any of the free pasta and sauce and put that on top of the potato case then add all veggies, etc and egg mix then cook. It sounds really weird but totally works. You can't tell it's got pasta in it. It just gives it a firmer texture. The whole thing is free on green day. Try it! Joanne
