Does anyone have any information about Miliatry personnel who were based in Lower Peover Cheshire in 1944. There must be more of you out there whose father's were based in Cheshire and visited Macclesfield during their leave and progeny ensued Pat Wright. ( Alleged)Father Charles Moon Macon Georgia USA

I have been trying to find the father, ex GI, of someone in my family.
No luck although we knew where he was from.

Is worth a good look, the records are incomplete and names may have letters missing so you have to be 'creative' but I found a relative's enlistment details after going through literally thousands of variants :)
