	sunbathing .. BBQ-ing ... or melting .. i would think Helen. Good to hear you're ok Ade. Work is awful .. I went back to work in head office last week as was peeved working from home.. and jeez do i wish i never. I have to take a spare shirt with me as it is so hot i end up having to change at lunch time.
