	My boys are 13 and 10, i have years before they leave home, but like you, i sometimes long for that day. I think most parents, if truthfull would admit that. mine 'Earn' pocket money by (reluctantly) doing jobs..feeding dog, taking out rubbish, keeping room tidy (who am i kidding, here???)
