This could be kate/catherines birth, but unfortunately you would need to order the cert to check parents:

Name: Catherine Cleary
Year of Registration: 1870
Quarter of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar
District: Camberwell
County: Greater London, London, Surrey
Volume: 1d
Page: 683 (click to see others on page

Regards Linda:) PS nothing coming up for lily that I can find?? very odd that philip is not coming up on the 1871 and can't find a birth for him either, is it possible he was Irish?

Please help I am trying to find Philip Cleary. He had a daughter Lily Elizabeth Cleary in 1876 and was listed on her wedding certificate to James George Clark on the 25th December 1896 as living at 76 St Anns Road occupation Tailor. I have searched Census records without success. Lily was born in Stepney as far as I can work out. But again no record of Lily on census before her marriage. Am I doing something wrong
