Trying to find the above b 1942 Manchester Lancs
parents Charles Thomas Thompson b 1913 and Annie Gibson abt 1913

Father died 1943 Annie remarried 1947 to Ernest Holt in manchester they emigrated to Canada 1951 (not sure what part)

Annie d 1991 and Ernest 1973 both are buried in Mount Royal Cemetry Montreal

You say he was born 1942 in Manchester but I can't find a birth in Manchester that fits???

mention of son born to Annie and Ernest ( 1952 birth?) which suggests they went a bit later, have you looked for him?

very long long shot, but on FB there is an Alan Holt living Canada, looks about right age, born Manchester area according to profile? I'll PM link just in case.
