	Anne, the best way to contact someone on this site is to search all members trees, top right under Search. Look for a relative you might have in common. Do you have any idea of her year of birth? Is Mayhew her current surname or the one she was given at birth? There was an electoral roll entry for an Alison Mayhew in Spennymore. She may have changed her surname to become Fahey & is listed in the same area as such. The entry can be found on 192.com The entry gives an age range of 40-45. That might tie up with a 1978 birth, mmn Pratt.

	Have you looked in 'search all member trees' as suggested? Have you looked at 192.com for the record indicated above? It's unlikely, to say the least, that this woman will see your post on here, unless she is an active GR member

	No record on freebmd of the name Elita Talbot................are you sure that you have accurate info? If, as you say, she was Alison's grandmother, which of her children was Alison's parent?
