Find Living Relatives

Hi, I'm trying to confirm the maternal line of the George sisters (Stephanie 1951, Vanessa 1953, Nicola 1956 and Deborah 1957. All from Bournemouth).

Their mother's maiden name is recorded as Bentley - I would like to confirm this is Joyce P Bentley, 1922, Lambeth. And just to confuse things further - Joyce's maiden name may actually be Horn. Mother Eleanor Fineberg and father William Horn (Thomas Bentley). Joyce has a brother called Bryan.

If anyone happens to know these sisters, please ask them to get in touch! I am Eleanor Fineberg's great niece, and know next to nothing about our family.

There's one in 1947, to John Prescott.



Nor do I see any George/Bentley marriage anywhere.

I don't see them later, unless perhaps in 2002 in Swindon, Wilts, if her husband was using his middle name, and if that was Charles.

Hi - thanks, everyone. I have all the above. Joyce P Horn married Philip George in 1945, Hendon. I will follow up the Joyce P Bentley marriage in Lambeth - if this works out, then no, these are not my relations.

Ah, that Joyce married Prescott. Not my Joyce.

Rather than keep searching get one the birth certs for its info on the parents names
