John there doesn't appear to be anyone with those surnames in their tree on here.
If you post some info on dates, someone may be able to help? edit there's a Josef Modransky marrying in Paddington 1943, is he related ?

If you buy a copy of your parents’ marriage cert, you will find out his declared age and the name of his father, if he knew him

You have marked this thread as answered, so people will now think you need no further help

You will have to get someone to translate, but you may already know all this as you have Anna Rosslerova as his mother, father's name Antonin Modransky

https://www.lib.cas.cz/parasut/modransky.htm

Google brings up also https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operace_Iron you can use translate option on that. https://www.thegazette.co.uk/London/issue/39175/page/1431/data.pdf

Might be of some help, Czechoslovak Genealogy Society https://www.cgsi.org/
