Have sent you a private message with an address from 2008 from the electoral register on Findmypast. He may have moved or he may still be there but just opted out of the commercially available register.

Veronica's surname is Jones on the register. Two other people on the register up to 2002 both with Jones surname.

How long ago was he in Winchester?
If it's fairly recent, you could try writing to his last known address in the hope that the present occupiers could forward a letter to him.


Are there any other people who might be expected to be listed with him on an Electoral Roll?
If you tell us their names, that might help us to find him.

Ah, just noticed you mention Veronica. Is her surname also Jones?


You say David was born "around 1948".
Do you know the exact year, and the month? And where he was born?
