There is public member tree on ancestry owned by an Antony Williams, with the parents you have detailed.

It looks like he married in 1992 as Williams

There is an Antony g e Locke reg 1969 Wallasey that may fit

Look on freebmd

Are Noel and Sylvia from the same relationship

Edit also shows as Williams so must be the right one

It is Antony without a h. I do not know if Gertrude married my father and then became Gertrude Williams? I do know that she was with my father from 1965 to 1969 in Wallasey. I found out about Antony by accident researching someone else on the internet. Antony had posted a message on find your family 192.com looking for his father in 2000. I knew that he was looking for my father as was I .

I am looking for Antony Williams who was born to Gertrude Locke and George Edward Williams between 1965 and 1969 in Wallasey Merseyside.
I am his sister (born Rhyl) as we share the same father along with Noel and Silvia whom I am not in touch with. I don't think my siblings know of my existence
If anyone has any information about Antony please contact me as I have been looking for him for years,
