Find Living Relatives

Hello, I am helping my boyfriend to look for his aunt Marie, neé Flynn. She was born in Birmingham, UK in 1961 (can send the exact date in PMs). She married Stephen Roman Ellison in 1995. They probably moved to Brussels and later to Germany, but that is based more on family rumours than anything else.
I would be grateful for any help or direction where to look.

He has been at the address for 10 years, so he didn't stay on the continent for very long

That address where Stephen apparently was for 10 years to 2018 was last sold in 2016.

Previously it was sold in 2014, and before that in 1998.

So unless he was renting from successive landlords, the ER info can't be correct.

It's a 5 bed freehold detached house, per Zoopla.

The ER record says he was aged 65+ - though I don't know if that means now, or in 2018 - and it's pretty vague anyhow.

Marie Katherine Flynn is listed at the same address for the same period of time.

On her listing - as with Stephen's - no other occupier is recorded

One other male listed at the address 2016-19 - again, without any other associated name.
